4.Q&A for frequently asked questions, SOP establishment, and instructing of the electronic official document system to the office members.
5.Distribution of letters and documents and visitor reception.
6.Answering calls from students and parents.
7.Assiting Recruitment affairs.
8.Other things assigned by Vice President of Academic Affairs.
