When you feel lost and unsure of your direction, wouldn’t it be great to have someone who truly understands your needs?
Or maybe you’re unsure how to plan your career path and are worried about the future?
We hear you. Through career assessments, you can uncover the hidden aspects of your inner self.

To help students better understand their career development, we currently offer two tools to support your exploration:

Career Personality Aptitude System (CPAS)

The Career Personality Aptitude System (CPAS) is a personality-based assessment designed to evaluate your career aptitude. Tunghai University provides this tool to current students for use during their studies. Assessment sessions are scheduled at various points as part of the aptitude-based guidance system. University Career and Competency Assessment Network (UCAN) [Take the Assessment]

1. Career Exploration and Required Competencies: Provides information on 16 career types and 72 employment pathways to help you take the first step in your career.

2. Career Interest Assessment: A self-assessment based on your favorite activities, personal traits, and subjects you enjoy, helping you identify career types that match your interests.

3. Common Workplace Competencies Assessment: Identifies the essential skills needed across a wide range of careers.

4. Skill Development Plan: Learn about job content and required abilities, and access recommended training or courses to develop relevant skills.

Have you taken the CPAS or UCAN assessment yet? Remember, the test is just the beginning. Our school also offers professional career advisors who can help you interpret your results and guide your career exploration and planning.
