Leave of Absence

1. When leave of absence expires, students should complete the resumption procedure in accordance with the provisions before deadline next semester.
2. When students intend to continue leave of absence and meet the criteria, they should re-apply leave of absence before semester begins.
3. Those who are leave of absence overdue and not yet return to school, do not apply for leave of absence after the deadline and have not yet registered to return to school or not applied for leave of absence after notice, are treated as unwilling to attend school and should be forced to drop out.

Dropout
     Voluntary dropout:

1. student ID
2. application from for dropout (Students under twenty years old must have consent and signature of their parent or guardian).
3. receipt of registration payment (Based on the regulations of the Ministry of Education, a refund must be made before two thirds of semester passes).
4. To conduct leaving school procedure, please visit all divisions on the procedure list to have stamp and then return the list to Registration Section
5. application and issuance of enrollment certificate

     Academic fail drop out:

1. student ID
2. receipt of registration payment (those who do not pay tuitions and miscellaneous fee are exempted)
