Instructions for Application of Academic Year 2023 Summer Interuniversity Course

THU students enrolling in courses provided by other universities 

THU students wishing to enroll in a course offered by another school must complete their interuniversity course selection application.

Application period: Subject to the course selection period of summer courses of other schools.

(THU students may only select courses not offered at THU and may only enroll in a maximum of 6 credits at other universities.)

Please fill the online Interuniversity Course Selection application form, print it, obtain approval from Tunghai University and the university offering the course, and return the original application form to complete the application process. Course credits and scores will not be counted if the application form is not returned. 

Please return the application form to Mr. Mao-sen Lin of the Registration and Curriculum Office, Office of Academic Affairs within 1 week of selecting the course at another university.

Students must log in with their student account and password to fill in the application form.

Students of other universities enrolling in THU courses (in-person courses)

Students from other universities who wish to enroll in a Tunghai University course should complete their interuniversity course selection application in their school, then register in the Tunghai University Summer Course Registration System http://summer.thu.edu.tw after their school has approved their application. Finally, they can pay through an ATM. Students should submit their application form to Tunghai University within 3 days of the commencement of the course. Their application form should have been approved by the lecturer of Tunghai University and the department providing the course, and their interuniversity course selection is completed when the Registrar Office, Office of Academic Affairs approves their application. Students should bring their student ID card with them at all times during each class for verification purposes. 

Students who have not returned their application form will be expelled from the course but not refunded. Students who drop out of a course due to personal reasons after they have paid the tuition fee will not be refunded.
