各位師長及同學們好,

 

為考量全校師生健康安全,依據5月18日(週二)召開之緊急應變會議中決議,本校所有課程自517日(週一)起至本學期結束皆採行線上教學方式,以降低群聚感染的風險(原訂實施日期為5月17日至5月30日,現持續實施至學期結束)。無論是教學活動及測驗,請教師/助教務必依循「不得強制要求學生到校」,且以暑假期間不另行補課為原則(可參照附件-1100519教育部通報說明)。

 

再次說明依據課程軟硬體搭配,建議循下列形式及原則進行線上教學:

 

1、授課教師若無符合線上教學之軟硬體,可使用校內教室依照原課程時間進行遠距授課,教室內已安裝攝影機可搭配電子講桌操作使用,學生端則運用電腦、手機等行動裝置同步上課,無須至教室。

2、授課教師若有符合線上教學之軟硬體,則依照原課程時間進行遠距授課,不須至教室操作,學生端則運用電腦、手機等行動裝置同步上課,無須至教室。

3、若為實驗、實習及體育等操作型課程,學期結束前煩請規劃以線上教學或其他替代教學方式進行(可參照附件-1100519教育部通報第二條實習/課程相關措施之說明)。

4、畢業考、學期考試及課堂小考,若原為紙筆或術科之考試測驗,得由教師自行決定測驗之替代方式。另提供「iLearn線上評量快速指引」(連結附於下方)提供老師們參酌使用。

 

無論是同步遠距授課或是錄製課程,皆建議登入愛學網(ilearn)作為入口使用Mircrosoft Teams進行同步授課。文末將提供遠距授課操作手冊連結,包含教師版、學生版,以及配合數位講桌使用的懶人包,亦有線上即時諮詢群組可提供相關協助,還煩請各位師長及同學們撥冗參閱,若有問題或需要系統操作協助,歡迎隨時來電詢問。全面線上授課的推行必定會造成一些不適應,還請全校師生能多加包涵並配合辦理。謝謝!

Hello, teachers and students,

For the health and safety of all, the school had an emergency meeting on May 18 (Tuesday) and decided that all courses will be conducted via online teaching to the end of the semester--not just from May 17 to May 30 as in the previous announcement. Teachers and assistants SHOULD not ask students to physically attend the class and absolutely no make-up classes during the summer vacation. (please refer to the attachment -1100519 Ministry of Education notice).

Once again, please be reminded of the following instructions for online teaching:

1. If the instructor does not have the facilities for online teaching in the office, s/he can use the on-campus classroom to conduct remote teaching at the scheduled class time, where the camera has been installed above the e-desks. The students use computers, mobile phones and other mobile devices to access the synchronized lecture.

2. Or the instructor may conduct online teaching at HOME or his/her office at class time. Students may access at home with computers or mobile devices.

3. With labs, internships and P.E., instructors, please arrange online format or other alternatives. (Please refer to the attachment -1100519 Ministry of Education Notice: Article 2 for Internship/curriculum-related Measures)

4. For graduation exams, semester exams, and classroom quizzes, if they were originally paper-based or hands-on/operational, the teacher may decide on an alternative. There is a link to a quick guide for iLearn online assessment that teachers might find helpful.

Microsoft Teams on iLearn is recommended for synchronized teaching in the office or an equipped classroom. A link to the remote teaching manual is at the end for both students and teachers.
