5/12重要防疫訊息以及超過百人大班授課作法調整 5/12 Important Pandemic Prevention Information and Teaching Adjustments to Classes with More Than 100 Students

本校因應新冠肺炎疫情發展以及教育部5月11日最新通告: 『針對100人以上大班授課，應立即改善環境或調整授課方式，採分班上課或遠距教學等防疫行為』，因此5月13日起修課人數超過100人之大班課程將採行分流教學方式，實施四週至6月8日，後續將視疫情發展狀況再行通知，方式說明如下：
 In response to the pandemic development and the latest M.O.E. announcement on May 11: "Until June 8th, students in classes more than 100 caps should take turns attending the class. This regulation is in effect starting from May 13. Follow-ups will be notified according to the development of the pandemic. Please refer to the following for details:

（一）100人以上之課程自110年5月13日起須採分流上課，以教室上課人數低於百人、座位能間隔就坐為原則，並以學生學號尾數單雙號配合單雙週至教室上課，其他學生採線上同步學習，隔週交換，並請學系或教師協助通知修課學生。例如: 5月13日是第12週，學號最後一個數字是雙號者，到教室上課，學號最後一個數字是單號者，請在線上上課，隔週交換。

1) Courses with more than 100 students must alternate attendance starting from May 13; students with an odd number in the last digit of their student I.D. should come in one week and the ones with an even number in the week following; those who do not come should do online learning at home concurrently. Teachers concerned should notify students. For classes under 100, students should alternate seats with one empty seat apart. For example, May 13th is the 12th week. Even-number students (the last digit of their student ID) attend class while the ones with an odd number stay at home for online teaching. The other way around in the following week.

（二）建議教師於課堂上透過iLearn平台以Teams進行同步遠距教學，教師若有線上教學操作上的疑問，亦可與教學發展中心聯繫。相關操作說明可參考https://ithu.tw/teams

2) It is recommended that teachers use Teams on iLearn to conduct synchronized remote teaching in the classroom. Please contact the Teaching Development Center for assistance if need be. For related operating instructions, please refer to https://ithu.tw/teams

（三）未達100人之課程，仍以實體教學為主。 

3) Classes under 100 students should conduct class as usual.

    教學方式調整以維持教學品質，並確實掌握學生出席及學習狀況為原則，老師需對教室內及線上學習學生確實點名，線上學習的學生也需誠實記錄行蹤，未來將視疫情發展及教育部通報彈性調整相關措施。

The adjustment is for maintaining teaching quality and accurately checking attendance & learning status. Teachers, please check attendance of both batches (classroom and at home). Flexible adjustments might occur depending on the actual development.
    
    教室內因無法維持室內1.5公尺社交距離，師生上課期間請務必配戴口罩；教室使用冷氣時，請將部分門窗開啟，以保持室內通風為原則。

If it is not possible to maintain a social distance of 1.5 meters indoors, everyone must wear a mask. Please open some doors and windows for ventilation even with the air-conditioners on.
